Project Description
Randall Community Water District invites qualified design-build entities or integrated teams to submit Statements of Qualifications for the Water Transmission Line and Treatment Plant Project (the "Project").
The Project is designed to increase system redundancy, improve capacity, and evaluate long-term treatment and transmission improvements. The Project shall evaluate interconnection of the Platte and Pickstown water treatment plants, potential new treatment capacity, modifications to existing plants and intakes, transmission main alternatives, pumping and pressure management requirements, downstream connections, and phasing to serve future users while minimizing rate impacts.

NOTE: Access to the CIP or Master Plan is restricted per the RFQ. Project requirements are clear; however, procedural questions may be directed to Ron Gillen, Owner Representative for the Manager, at Ron@rgexd.com or 605-770-6298 (during business hours). The deadline for questions is July 27th. All questions and answers will be published for all proposers to review.
