New Service Information
Approval of New Service
Approval for new services are addressed by the Board of Directors at each monthly meeting and are approved based on the ability of RCWD to serve new customers on that pipeline.
Applications will not be approved if existing customers will be adversely affected. The Board of Directors meets the second Monday of each month in the evening at the RCWD office in Lake Andes.
Applying for Service
To apply for water service, the below forms along with the application fee of $3000.00 and a $500.00 hydraulic study fee will need to be completed and returned to RCWD.
A $150.00 security deposit will be required for new customers.

Billing
Randall Community Water District currently accepts payments in the form of check, money order or cash. There is an outside drop box for after hours payments. If a bill pay service through your bank is used, the account number must appear in the memo area of the payment.
Randall Community Water District now accepts credit cards in office, online or over the phone, fees may apply.
BILLING POLICIES
RCWD is an automated meter reading system where the customer will receive a statement in the mail each month which includes the amount due and usage information. The readings are pulled & mailed out between the 1st & the 3rd of each month. All bills are due by the 20th of each month.
A late penalty of $15.00 will be accessed for payments received after that date.
Payments not received by the 25th of the current month are considered delinquent and subject to disconnection on the 2nd Tuesday of the following month if not paid. RCWD’s policy no longer includes a follow up telephone call for disconnections. The Disconnect letter will be the final notice that your service be shut off if not paid by the 2nd Tuesday of the following month.
