ABOUT US
Founded in 1976, Randall Community Water District is a successful rural water district with a mission to provide high-quality service at the lowest possible cost consistent with sound business practices. It serves Charles Mix, Douglas, Bon Homme, Aurora, Brule, Hutchinson, and Davison Counties—approximately 3,100 rural customers and 15 bulk customers.

Committed to System Improvements
In 2025, RCWD self-performed 24-miles of various pipeline installation; installed and wired 5 new SCADA sites; completed installation and electrical integration of 3 new booster stations; and installed 50 new service taps.
45 Years Serving Rural Water
RCWD now serves a total of 2,804 taps (1,727 rural farm taps, 66 rural pasture taps, 320 cabins, 19 campgrounds, 15 bulk users, and 61 other taps).
