Approval for new services are addressed by the Board of Directors at each monthly meeting based on  RCWD's ability to serve new customers .  Applications will not be approved if existing customers will be adversely affected. 

Bill Payment Options

RCWD currently accepts payment in the form of cash, check, and credit cards. There is an outside drop box, by the front door of the office for after-hours payments. Credit card payments can be made in the office, online, or over the phone.

2026 Rate Increase

Randall Community Water District Users,

The rate increase will go into effect on January 1, 2026. RCWD’s commodity charge for all users will increase from $3.30 to $3.50.

​

See below for the minimum rate schedule:

  • ¾” Meter $42

  • 1” Meter $70

  • 1 ½” Meter $140

  • 2” Meter $224

  • City of Ravinia $42 + $55 sewer

  • City of Geddes $69 + $25 sewer

  • Permanent Campgrounds Meter size + $2 per camping pad

  • Bulk/Cities No Minimum Change


**The late payment fee will increase to $35.
