Getting Connected

Approval for new services are addressed by the Board of Directors at each monthly meeting and are approved based on the ability of RCWD to serve new customers on that pipeline.  Applications will not be approved if existing customers will be adversely affected. 

Bill Payment Options

Randall Community Water District currently accepts payment in the form of cash, check, and credit cards. There is an outside drop box, by the front door of the office, for after-hours payments. Credit card payments can be made in the office, online, or over the phone.

DANR RECOGNIZES RANDALL COMMUNITY WATER DISTRICT FOR DRINKING WATER 
COMPLIANCE

PIERRE - Today the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources (DANR) announced that the Randall Community Water District public water system and the system's certified operators have been awarded a Drinking Water Certificate of Achievement Award. The award is for outstanding water system operations and environmental compliance with state drinking water standards for the past year. 

 

"Access to safe and reliable water sources is essential to keeping our families safe and our economy growing," said DANR Secretary Hunter Roberts. "This award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of South Dakota's drinking water system operators and 
their efforts to ensure their customers have access to clean drinking water." 


To qualify for the Drinking Water Certification of Achievement Award, public water systems and their system operations specialists had to meet all of the compliance monitoring and reporting requirements, drinking water standards, and certification requirements for 2022. 

TERRY KOUPAL HONORED

The South Dakota Water and Wastewater Association recently presented Terry Koupal with the Price-Rees Award for 20 years of local service in the water and wastewater works field. 

Congrats Terry- what an accomplishment!

2025 Rate Increase

Randall Community Water District Users,

At the regular meeting of Board of Directors on November 11 th, 2024, the board adopted the 2025 rate schedule increase for all users. The rate increase will go into effect on January 1 st , 2025. RCWD’s commodity charge for all users will increase from $3.20 to $3.30.

 

See below for the minimum rate schedule:
¾” Meter $42
1” Meter $70
1 ½” Meter $140
2” Meter $224
City of Ravinia $42 + $55 sewer
City of Geddes $69 + $25 sewer
Permanent Campgrounds Meter size + $2 per camping pad
Bulk/Cities No Minimum Change


**The late payment fee will remain $30.
